Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between your business and Bifre. Please read them, in particular the fair review rules, because breaking them can get your Google profile and our account suspended.

1. The agreement

These terms apply between Artjoms Lupjaks, operating as a registered self-employed business in Riga, Latvia (“Bifre”, “we”, “us”) and the business that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of the business, and confirm that you are allowed to do so.

Bifre is sold to businesses only. Consumer protection rules for private buyers do not apply to the subscription. The privacy policy and cookie policy are part of this agreement.

2. The service

Bifre (https://www.bifre.com) helps businesses collect genuine Google reviews from real customers. It lets you:

  • set up your business, locations, services or products and team members;
  • send customers a review link or show them a QR code after a visit or a finished job;
  • let customers choose what they experienced and get an AI-written draft review in their language, which they can edit, copy and post on Google themselves;
  • see statistics on review drafts per location, service and team member.

Bifre never posts reviews on Google, never logs in to anyone’s Google account, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or any other AI or search provider.

3. Your account

  • Give correct information when you register, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by team members you give access to.
  • Tell us at once at hello@bifre.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
  • Only add businesses and locations you own or are authorised to manage, with their real name and their own Google review link.

4. Fair review rules

Reviews only have value if they are honest. You must follow Google’s policy on prohibited and restricted content, the Latvian Unfair Commercial Practices Prohibition Law (Negodīgas komercprakses aizlieguma likums), the EU rules on unfair commercial practices and other applicable law. In particular you agree that:

  1. Real customers only. You share review links only with real customers after a real visit, purchase or completed job.
  2. No review gating. You do not offer the link only to customers you expect to be happy, and you do not filter, hide or discourage negative reviews.
  3. No incentives. You do not offer money, discounts, gifts, free services, competition entries or any other benefit in exchange for a review or a particular rating.
  4. No reviews by you or your staff. You, your employees, owners, family or agencies do not use the service to write reviews of your own business or of competitors, or post reviews on a customer’s behalf.
  5. Truthful input. The services, products, team members and facts you enter are true. You do not enter services you did not provide or claims you cannot back up.
  6. No pressure. Customers decide freely whether to use the link, what to write and whether to post. You do not ask them to post in front of you or check what they posted as a condition of anything.

We may monitor usage patterns to detect abuse. If we reasonably believe you are breaking these rules, we may warn you, pause review links or suspend or close your account without refund. You are responsible for any consequences on Google, including removed reviews or restrictions on your Business Profile.

5. AI drafts

  • Drafts are generated by AI from what the customer selected and the details you entered. They are suggestions for the customer to review, not statements by Bifre.
  • AI can make mistakes. The customer is the author of any review they post and can change every word. We do not guarantee that a draft is accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.
  • You may not use the service to produce text that is false, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

6. Plans, pilot and billing

6.1 Pilot

New accounts can start with a free pilot that includes a limited number of copied reviews. No card is needed. When the pilot allowance is used up, new drafts pause until you choose a paid plan.

6.2 What counts as a review

A review counts once, when a customer copies the final text to post it. Generating drafts and new versions is free. Each plan includes a number of copied reviews per month and per location, shown on the pricing page. Unused reviews do not carry over to the next month.

6.3 Prices and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in NOK, EUR or USD depending on your country.
  • Prices are final. VAT is not added, as we operate as a non-VAT payer under the Latvian Value Added Tax Law.
  • Payment is due on the invoice date or charged to the card on file. If payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause review links until it is paid, and charge statutory late-payment interest under the Civil Law of Latvia (Civillikums).
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice; if you don’t accept it, you can cancel before then.

6.4 Upgrades, limits and cancellation

  • When you reach your monthly limit, new drafts pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time in your dashboard or by email. The plan runs until the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we end the agreement without cause.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the business details, service lists, photos, logos and other material you upload (“your content”). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display and process your content only to provide and improve the service for you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload your content, including photos of people, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that clearly does.

We may use anonymised and aggregated data, for example average draft length or the most-used tags per industry, to improve the service. It will never identify you, your customers or your team.

8. Our rights

The software, design, texts, prompts and the Bifre name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business while the agreement lasts.

You may not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense or offer the service to others as your own;
  • reverse engineer the service, or scrape or extract data or prompts from it;
  • overload, attack or bypass the security, rate limits or usage counting of the service;
  • use the service to build a competing product.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without payment.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bifre available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance, preferably outside European (EET/EEST) business hours.

The service depends on third parties such as Google, our hosting and our AI provider. If they change their services or policies, we may have to change ours. We may add, change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the month.

We may change these terms. For changes that matter to you, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change.

10. Data processing

When customers use your review link, you are the data controller and Bifre is your data processor. This section is our data processing agreement under GDPR article 28. Bifre will:

  1. process personal data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your settings;
  2. make sure everyone who processes the data is bound by confidentiality;
  3. take appropriate technical and organisational security measures, as described in the privacy policy;
  4. use only the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, under written terms that protect the data at least as well as these, and give you at least 30 days’ notice of new ones so you can object by cancelling;
  5. transfer data outside the EEA only with a valid transfer mechanism;
  6. help you answer requests from data subjects and meet your obligations on security, breaches and impact assessments;
  7. tell you without undue delay, and within 48 hours where possible, after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data;
  8. delete or return the data when the agreement ends, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  9. give you the information needed to show compliance, and allow reasonable audits at your cost and with reasonable notice.

The data processed is review drafts (rating, tags, comments, services, language, text and timestamps) and team members’ first names, about your customers and your staff, for as long as your account exists.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect customer feedback and for telling customers about it, for example in your own privacy notice.

11. Liability

  • We are not responsible for Google, AI assistants or search engines. We do not guarantee rankings, visibility, the number of reviews customers post, their content or their star ratings.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or reviews removed or profiles restricted by Google.
  • Our total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • These limits do not apply to loss caused by gross negligence or intent, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
  • You will cover our reasonable costs and losses from third-party claims caused by your content or by your breach of the fair review rules.
  • Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control (force majeure), such as outages at major cloud providers, war, strikes or natural disasters.

Claims must be made in writing within 6 months after you became aware, or should have become aware, of the issue.

12. Ending the agreement

  • You can end the agreement at any time by cancelling your plan and closing your account.
  • We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice by email, and refund any prepaid fees for the period after it ends.
  • Either party can end the agreement at once if the other materially breaks it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice. We can suspend at once in the case of serious abuse, such as fake reviews or attacks on the service.
  • After the account is closed, you can export your data for 30 days. We then delete it within 90 days, except what we must keep for accounting.

Sections that by nature should survive, such as payment, liability, data processing and law, continue after the end.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We will first try to solve any disagreement by talking. If we cannot, the dispute goes to the ordinary courts of the Republic of Latvia in Riga.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer the agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over the service.
